MPC 500 Input Question

Sorry if this is dumb.

What cable/adapter do you use to go from a record player's RCA cables to the 500's 1/4 inputs?

I have an rca to a single 1/4 cable. Would you only get one one stereo side when you record samples? Is there a cable with rca to 2 1/4 cables?

yes there is. Just get it at ur local audio store. U have different types of cables, adapters and pluggs to solve this problem.

But if u want to hook up ur record player to ur 500, u will need a dj mixer/ phono pre-amp as well. Otherwise the phono signal will be too low for the 500 to be recorded properly.
