I can't get Emails from the jj os site

I've set up a jj os password app twice but i never receive the E-mail that is supposed to lead me to the site to pay for the password. I've checked the junk mail fold and even the deleted folder but still nothing. How long is it supposed to take. And my e-mail account doesn't fall under any of the ones listed on the site as the accounts that won't receive mail. Is it a problem with bellsouth do you think?

I've tried gmail also. still no response. I'mma give it a few hours although the site makes it seems like its an instant process..

Any other suggestions? i've been trying to get this password for months...

I finally got it. turns out your paypal address and response address can't be different.

I sent mine out yesterday. How long does it usually take for them to get back??

the first one I got was a few hours, second time was about 2 days. No biggie in my eyes... a word of advice....dont check your email every 30 seconds it will just get you mad...
