Q-Link timing correct

sooo.... this doesnt work in real time, on playback? I thought I set it up properly but neither slider (Q1 set to SWING, Q2 set to SHIFT) has any affect.

I can only change timing with the q-links while recording, but even then I don't hear the timing changes until I stop recording and play back.

i noticed the same thing on mine which made it a kind of useless feature for what i wanted to do at the time

first record a sequence, then switch on the qlinks timing correct SWING and SHIFT.

turn on NOTE REPEAT and then hold down a pad (with a snare hit or something on it).

as you adjust the qlinks, you will hear the timing of the snare hits shifting in relation to the sequence playing back.


BUT...
if you want to adjust something in realtime that you've already recorded ... yeah, you can't do that.
