Loading Instruments sounds in the Mpc2500 to play Keyboard.

How do you lay a piano,guitar or strings sound out on your keyboard,when hooked up to the Mpc2500?
I have all my drums loaded in programs,but I'm trying to learn how to load instruments in my Mpc2500 and play it across my keyboard.....
