MPC and Fruity Loops

This is what I got:

MPC 2000xl
FL7 on PC
M-Audio MobilePre USB
2 KRK Rokit 8's
M-Audio Keystation 49e

I want to use the MPC for all my drums, sequencing, and sampling. All I want from FL7 is to be able to use the vst plugins and maybe some of the kits. I want to be able to play the FL7 vst's with the keystation and record onto the MPC just like I would record another track,say a hi-hat or something. Can someone PLZ tell me how I need to set this up in FL7, on the MPC and all the wiring?

Alright, I got the MPC recording a VST from FL studio. But once I try to switch instruments, the midi data already recorded in the MPC switches to the new instrument. What I need to know is, how do you record more than one VST onto the MPC using FL studio? peace

I don't believe you can. FL seems to only receive only one midi channel at a time for sequencing within FL but not multitimbrely. I personally wanted to do the same thing but had no luck and gave up. Maybe check the FL forums. If you have any luck please show me wassup and tell me how you did it!

fl can only play one midi channel at a time unless you rewire it into another program, in which case the first 16 channels in the step sequencer are automatically set to midi channels 1-16. theres a way to rewire fl to itself, but i dont remember how to do it. go to the fl website and do a search there.
