4k converters compared with hammerfall?

Hi Guys I'm setting up my studio wiring and I'd be interested in your opinion on this.

Sonically, is it better to sample sample directly into my 4ks analogue converters or would i be better sampling into my hammerfall and either routing the track from into the MPC4k via ADAT or just sampling onto the PC and dragging the tracks in from there via AKsys? I do have the ADAT card

i.e. I guess the simple question is how do the 4k AD converters compare with Hammerfall? Opinions?

try both ways, you may gain a preference by yourself

I sample directly on the 4k, and digitally output

direct sampling sounds good enough for me
