I wonder if older OS for MPC1000 are available somewhere.
Can't find it on the Akai site.

What do you mean by older?? The first AKAI OS?? or the new 2.12?? Just like most sites, they will over write the old OS to give way to the new.

prolly better not to mess with those older versions...jjos2 is seriously the only way to go, makes your mpc1000 into the equivalent of a 2500'xl'
