how much you pay and where did you get it?
leos audio has thembut 300 is steep right now,what else can we install in that place of the EB some kind of audio card from a pc?
paid 80 Euro on ebay. some people hate the card. some find it ok. I dont know someone who really LOVE it but I think its ok for the price (I paid. I wouldn't pay more than 100 Euro or lets say 110 ) . Sure you can't compare the quality to todays plugins. Download the free SIR 1 reverb and some impulses and you'll say "ef that eb16". It needs some time to get used to the FX settings (especially the Filter). But like I said. I find this card ok.

i feel you , i just want to complete my mpc and thats all i need is the EB16 card.the only thing thats stops me is the price,ive heard many comments about it too. i use the efx on it now filters only and i wish i had more but, i wouldnt use it to efx my hole sound i use my outboard efx for that this would be just subtle efx on certain frequencys. i try not to use to much effects sometimes on my sample, but if i can change the sound inside the mpc the better it sounds to me when i add outboard effex
i'll have to look into find a Eb that will be my next project on my mpc this year
