the sound itself is a pretty straightforward buzzy synth lead patch, the element that i believe you're after comes from the portamento. this sweeps from one note to the next, the rate is is set by the [portamento-time] parameter on the synth. I used a virus indigo synth but if you have the Imposcar VSTi synth, it has several presets that are nearly dead-on starting points.
I did make some sampler-food while playing with this, and found that by anchoring my right hand on a low note and and playing an octave or 2 up from that note , I got some ching-ish sstretchy--azz synth nasties.as the sequence alternates between my anchored low note and each on the higher notes.
