Controlling Volume of an entire track......??

Hey, this may be a noob question, but is there a way to use the mixer maybe, or something else to control the volume of an entire track? I used my midi keyboard hooked up to the mpc to play in a bassline but it is too loud, I know how to change the volume of an individual Pad within a track, but is there a way to do it to the track as a whole?? Thanks alot!!

on the main sequence screen isn't there a thing that says V%:100... always thought that was volume or velocity or something

Depends on what OS you are using.

One way that will work on any OS is go to the mixer screen, then you can select multiple pads at once by holding shift and tapping the pads you want to select, then use the data wheel to decrease the volume on these pads.
