internal hd in mpc2000xl

Can somsone supply as step by step tutorial for installing an hd inside an 2000xl including pics and of links? IK currently own an 2000xl with card reader and i am aware that i need an 4200 rpm but i don't like to solder my mpc to akai heaven.
