Yo, I'll start off by saying that i used to use cubase as a sequencer. It was great because i could then mix everything down in one step with no recording. Also all sounds (wav's) were stored in the onefolder along with all sequence files.
I'm a dunce to knowing how midi works in helping one sequencer talk to another. Basically i dont want to record one track at a time into cubase or another program.
I want to know if theres any way to hook up the mpc to a pc so i can just press mixdown. Is there any way that my mpc sounds could be put on a pcs hard disk and have the pc, using some sort of program like cubase, read the sequence data so i can just press mixdown, and thus save recording time and money (instead of buying 8 mpc outs and 8 pc audio ins).
Thanx in advance! PEACE!!!!!
