i need to buy a card reader so i can save my stuff from my sp-404. if i connect a card reader by usb in my mpc2500, can i import files straight from the card?

Well the mpc won't read cards that are formatted by the sp-404 (unless they are 32 or 64 mb) even though they may be in the same format for both machines. i was just hoping that an external one would let me import both. it will if i use a computer and show both windows (card reader and mpc usb), but it takes too much time in my workflow. i was just hoping to use the external reader and create a shortcut. guess not
