Jah, please lets not start...

MMMmmmmm, I diagree ^^^ would anyone go to my myspace (link in sig) and say "oh! that guy made that with a 1000!" ?
Don't really see how it's relevant to the TYPE of music...they're all mpc's, right?

It depends. In the context of this thread, some here will lead you to believe you can't do music with the 5K and that getting a 4K or 3K is the only way to go....I won't be selling my 5K anytime soon.

Well, I don't care WHAT mpc is being defended, GOOD QUALITY music can be made by any and ALL of them. It's purely personal preference as to which one you want to use. If you've found something that works for YOU, and not the rest of the forum, it's all trivial. That's why there are different models to choose from.

homie, I deaded all these issues with bomb Beats and Dabs. No one can lead you/me to believe any thing. None of us work for Akai. None of us receive profits from them. So who cares whats said. MAKE BEATS!

This is what I've been trying to say and have done so in past threads before. To the listeners of our music, do any of you think they really care about finding out what type or even if there's an mpc doing the drums/samples at all? I doubt it. The only thing that matters to the end listener is if the beat sounds good enough to move them, that's all.

I'm going to put my bragging rights on my abilities rather than something that depreciates as each day goes by. We've got to put more focus on things that have merit, such as in the form of our individual TALENT. That's what the bragging and boasting should be about around here.

We're at each others throats about what tools make your a better man (or woman, if that applies to anybody here).

It's 11:41 PM here in Japan...

My 5K may depreciate according to how much someone would pay for a used one..but it certainly isn't losing it's value on what you can do with it. $1000 can get you an MPC 2000 and ASR-10. And Kanye did 808's & Heartbreak with them :? Ok...wrong example

This is what I've been trying to say and have done so in past threads before.

C'mon brother..that is not exactly what you have been trying to say.
