It took a long time, but I just recognized that you can jump to
the START and END fields with the bottom Qlink ACTIVE buttons
and doing some fine trimming with the sliders.
I was always missing a feature like this. Nothing revolutionary
to the most of you, but an extremely helpful "new" feature for me.
The power of the 4000 actually lies in some well soft-engineered possibilities.
For example, if assigning samples to pads, it memorizes the last accessed
sample, so that in many cases, the sample for the new pad is just one wheel
click away.
I really begin the like this machine. By the way, does someone know whether
it's possible to have your audio inputs monitored outside the RECORD page?
