Technical questions for the MPC2000xl and the MPC2000

I had just turned the XL on and chopped a break and i started to seq the sounds and i got error FF3F:4C5E, has anyone got this of know what it means ?

It means taht you just lost everything you were making.

Start over... MANY 2kxl users have seen at least 1 screen like that, we all just start over...

Thats cool i just shit myself cause i got the XL new and when i got it home the screen was busted out the box, then i just get it back and im getting error codes.

hmm, fortunately i haven't had any of these issues. i've had my mpc2000XL freeze up. i just walk away for a whle to come back to it functioning right again. i had this message on my 2000 classic when i was doing too much sequence editing too fast

i got it a bit when sequencing from a juno`106, was something to do with data overflow, cause the juno sent out a shit load of junk SYSEx data.
