Which Wav is best for my mpc?

DVI/IMA ADPCM wav
Microsoft ADPCM
Windows PCM


which one of these works best with my mpc?
cause i been tryin them and only like one of them works and i really confused on why its like that

44khz 16bit, this info is in the manual....

Be proactive and check that book out.
