exactly like pitch wheel bend or modulation. I guess nobody rock it this way no???

go into step edit and look at your cc values. you probably want to enter where you want your specific control changes to be set at the start of the sequence at 1.00.00 I have this problem a lot with sustain pedal information, b/c the cc just sends one message and if you send it a little before the recording starts the sequencer won't pick it up.
