Is it Possible to Record One synth Sound from the MPC 5000 on a midi track in Pro tools and then open a new midi track in pro tools and then record a different sound from the mpc 5000 and then play them both back in midi at the same time ? can the mpc play/output multiple sounds at one time on midi tracks? and if so how do i set this up. already sending midi and bouncing down to audio each time i record a midi track. it's a pain in the azz. i know i can record audio using the 8 assignable mix outs and i'm wondering is this maybe one place i need to start looking into for making this midi multy track thing to work. thanks for anytime given on this subject.
