the matrix has me!!!!

whatup yall,,,
need some help,,
everytime i try to save a seq. i get the matrix even if all i do is change the tempo on a blank sequence and then try to save......bam
the matrix. i have tried the 1.14os it is not doing the trick...maybe no probably am missing a step somewhere please help!!!
i'm miserable right know...

It's when you get a bunch of numbers, letters and symbols on your screen-- as in a fault.

Maggniff-- did turn your MPC on with a disk in the drive? I remember getting the "Matrix" awhile ago when I left a Zip disk in on boot up.
I took it out, shut it down, turned it back on and put the disk back in. I never had that problem again. I don't know why .

the matrix is a screen full of letters and numbers
that happens almost everytime i hit do it(while saving) the only way to get out of it is to turn the power off and lose my track,,,,it only does it when saving a sequence not when saving programs or sounds

maybe your memory is out of whack, I know that faulty RAM chips can wreck havoc on your machine...check those chips....

try re-loading your os. if not then its most likely your ram....
