how should i configure my mpc so that
i can play my keyboard (juno106)
on top my sequences, so that it doesn´t
play my pads , i have tried to
to make empty midi track that has right midi channel 1a
and no sample pgm at all , but it still plays samples
from pgms that are on other tracks , or stops longer samples that are playing.
its very strange, one key stops almost every loop
that is playing. this kind of config worked fine with
mpc2000 classic . i use jjos 1

i have set my midi shit right , i can´t understand
why the mpc stops playing samples even if theres no pgm
at all. and those other tracks are all "midi off" . its ****
annoying to play something on top of all, when the samples
cut off everytime i press a key. it somehow manages to
send note off messages to the other tracks wich is pretty
strange because those are "midi off". i made these pgm´s
with bluebox and set them chromatic. it helped a little .
but it still keeps stoppin some samples. how is this possible ??
i really can´t undestand. there was no such a problem with
2000classic wich i use to have. is there any differencies between os´s
that concern midi or these type of things??
thanks for advance!!

if you have a midi interface - it may be worth checking what the Juno is outputting using something like midiOX.

I would also check the number of voices you are using.

I use an evolver in a setup that sounds similar with no issues [yet].
