Is it possible to do a function in grid where you are able to reverse the entire sequence and song in notes? Is it only in MIDI or also in DRUM?

YES MIDI REVERSE!!!
How about a page where there are different types of midi reverses
1/4 Seq 1/2 Seq 1/8 Seq and times
And you can hit the pads and reverse chunks of your sequence on the fly
especially with the ability to map for example 1/4 Seq to pad 1 and 1/8 Seq to pad 2 and be able to flip your notes all over the place on the fly and also record the changes

Reaper can do this.
just record your midi to a reaper project with the same tempo, line it up to however many bars you just recorded, snip it to a grid line, hold ALT, grab the right edge, and drag it to an equal/opposite position on the left side - the file is stretched/reversed, and then you can rerecord it from reaper.

That is something that is good for software use, but I was thinking of a possible JJOS3XXL function in the box.

i'd like to see this. just a simple 'reverse sequence' option doesn't sound like it would be too hard for JJ to do. it could be an option in SEQ EDIT. probably no more difficult to implement than quantize strength.

You can whistle at Logic Pro, it's called audio to score!

Or Melodyne... which is pretty wicked to whistle and hear the notes being mapped through MIDI to a VST synth.
