It seems my MPC 1000 has hardware error. Could somebody help me out and offer some testing tools for it? Does somebody has access to Test OS?Thanks

Reinstall the original OS.

The cause was cheap
connectors Akai used to connect between boards. All unit overhauled and contacts cleaned. Noo moore errorrs
