Hello Guys,
is it possible to alt loop a non destructive chopped sample?
if not how is the fastest way to alt loop 16 chopped samples at once..? is this possible.
thx swinxx

I remember on one of the versions of JJOS there was a bug that made it so that if you had a looped sample and then chopped it, it would then loop the chops... if I remember correctly... but I think the bug got solved... :?

1 sample is loopable.
NDchops are based off 1 sample.
they are not independently loopable because they're still part of the 1 sample.

slice the sample into x pieces to let you altloop them individually.

ok, i understand that.. but wouldn´t it be simpler to have the possibility to loop/alt loop the non destructive chops. ( i think there should be no difference to loop the sample at a slice marker or at the end.?

cause when you take one sample, chop it with the non destructive method and make new program you are faster than chop them to different files and mount them in a new program manually.. ??

do you know what i mean..

it'd be simpler for you, but not for the developer. looping at slice end rather than/in addition to the end of the sample would require that much more additional work to change the looping specification.

i find it faster to just chop to different files/new program every time. i don't really use NDC except in very rare occasions, because 100% of all the samples on my machine are turned to oneshots and 95% of all those oneshots use alternate looping.
