Loops & Samples

I am of course the newbie asking another question. I bought some P5 Audio Loops. I connected the USB to the MPC 5000 and dragged loops over to the CF card. I also dragged over individual files from the loops. The individual files will load and I can assign them to a pad. The Loop WAV will not load. The screen says improper format. Is there something I am missing? I thought I could load wav files and assign them to pads. This would allow me to mix and match the wav files via playing different pads. If I record samples in from an instrument or recording will they load and be able to be assigned to pads?

it happens sometimes i think that's a bug.if you have audition or recycle load it up and save it directly to hard drive on mpc and it should load.
