Upgrad To 1.02

Ok so I have 1.01 on my MPC. I went to the Akai site and downloaded 1.02. I then dragged it to the CF card after I formatted the card. I then formatted the hard drive. I tried to install the OS by holding down pads 2 & 3 while turning the unit on. It still says 1.01. I tried initializing again and that did nothing. Am I doing something wrong?

Try holding the numbers 2 + 3 on the numeric keypad... that should work

what you gotta do is put bin file to your cf then turn unit off and then press 2 and 3 but don't hold the pads thou the numbers above,and turn it back on while holding and it should work.
