My goal behind this rig was to stay as far away from a standard computer as possible. After staring at a computer for 8 hours a day, last thing I want to do is look at computer when I get home. I even chop samples in the MPC. I love the Juno G, great sounds. It was my first piece of studio equipment. The interface isn't that intuitive; but, it's a dangerous all in one sequencer etc. Started having some issues with the Juno G when I started expanding though. Maybe you guy's can help. I'm gonna post the problem under MPC 1000 questions.

Travel rig is just the basics. Made a screen save in photoshop of my favorite producers. Can you name them all?

Equipment:
Roland Juno G
MPC 1K
M-Audio Speakers
Behringer 1204fx
Fostex MR 8
Stanton T90

Travel Rig:
Mac Book
02 midi controller
MPD 16
Reason 2.0
Garage Band

Nice stuff Hellfire. Welcome to the 2500 fam. :D

I need those black pads. How do they feel? Thats the only reason why I havent copped the black pads cuz for some reason I feel like they are gonna be a wack quality.

What differences in sound and feel are you noticing between the 2500 and the XL?
