mpc1K Reason 4 krk monitors and a SUB

I have been trying different things all day and checking every forum for a solution.

i just got the mpc1k I have two KRK 6 monitors and a KRK 10` SUB and i am going through an audibox usb interface

I have a basic keyboard controller Alessis qs6.2, and I am having some problems getting everything working

right now I have a midi cable going from the out of my keyboard controller to the in on my mpc

then from the mpc out to the IN on my interface

lastly I have two monster cables going from the stereo outs (L/R) to my TWO KRK monitors

Basically I want to get my MP to play all of the sounds on it through my speakers and SUB, as of right now the only way I can get it to play any sound is when I load up Redrum or NNXT in Reason and it will play through the monitor. Ideally I Want to be able to do everything from the MPC and just import it into Reason to mix and make any changes on there. I didnt buy the mpc to just act as a midi controller like my keyboard, because right now thats all I can do with it.

2nd

The metronome on the MPC is extremely loud and if I try to sync up the midi clock from Reason4, to the MPC, I will blow my monitors because the click is so extremely loud.

as of right now I got an mpc that I cant use because the clicks will make me deaf, a sub that isnt working, and no sounds on the mpc (it didnt come with usb cable)

Ive been reading my manual and searching on google and youtube and have had no luck

any help is appreciated
