i seen someone said the 4k's could upload sounds from a USB jump drive? Is that true? You could just have numerous usb drives with sounds on them, and plug them right into your mpc 4000 and itll upload the sounds? I know it carries the cd rom already in it, but whats the drive slot in the middle? to the left of the cd rom slot? And when people "install" their own DVD drives in the 4k, they actually take it apart right? how do you get the knowledge to do that, or where do you go to get it done?

Damn man, Look yeah you can plug a usb drive into the front of it, the slot next to the cd has the harddrive. and to take the 4k apart you have to unscrew all of the screws that are holding it togather.

If you read the appendix in the manual, it gives detailed instructions on how to disassemble the 4k and anything else you need to know while you've got it open.

But on that note, I didn't know you could install two HD's in the 4k. At least from what the manual says. :?
