Yea, I would dye it. Boil some water, throw some Rite Dye in (color of your choice) Throw the Pads in and wala!

yo,. ive been thinking about this., would you really wanna drop up pads in boiling liquid?? it sounds halfassed to me.. and rite dye is for fabric.... hopefully someone will start making them, or maybe the 1000 pads will work, i should stop being lazy and order the to see

if you are thinking about dying your pads id think again... personally, i dont think it would turn out good because the pads are grey and adding a translucent color over top of them would make them really dark and gross looking.

my advice is to use paint. paint that is 1. acrylic (like latex) and 2. is designed to be applied to surfaces that flex (like plastic and rubber).

people who work at hardware stores can usually recommend solutions for stuff. take the pads in and show them.

ok, so i ordered the black 1000 pads so i can see if i can cut them down and lets hope they work... also ive ordered a skin from style flip... i really hope these 1000 pads will work, they look the same, but its a shot in the dark

Let us know how that StyleFlip skin goes down. Might get one for my 500.

yea, most def.. i will post as soon as everything comes, the style flip skin woulnt be processed till next monday, it takes 2 to 3 weeks for them to do it :( ,, but the pads should be here any day :wink:

Sure you can but good luck painting all the little reference letters & #'s unless you wanna live with out em... Or you could paint it yourself & just order the clear skin from stylflip with just the reference letters & #'s...hmm
