undo does them one at a time, i know that

hi nym sorry for the late resonse to this, ive had limited internet access over the last few days.

to copy the entire parameter set of a pad, use the undo key on the pad number field and then hit the next pad.

Why we don´t make a online manual blog for OS1 Os2 Os2 XL in one?! We can use it as online Bugreport too?! (with the comments)

?

Just a thought about simult sequence in os2xl (and maybe in all the others OS)

Wouldn't it be better to have individualized SS in each sequence so that you could sequence it easily?

I have found a live workaround for changing sequence when you have a SS inside. It consists in "arming" the SS field with the numeric button with either 0 (it will become OFF) or the sequence number you want to be simulted and at the SEQ change you press again the numeric button to confirm the change.

Of course i must say i did that in a 110bpm 4 bars 4/4 track (with a simuted 3 bars 3/4) and you have to be damn fast and that's not easy.

Do you think it would be worth a feature request? To be totally honest that's a feature i used for the first time today.

I was playin around with simult sequence and was thinking the same, that itd be good to set the SSeq indivdually for each sequence. one thing ive noticed is that if you have the main seq also set as the SSeq it doesnt double up the notes like it used too.

glad to see the return of the sseq level, but main seq level would be cool as well.

I'm having a little trouble with the differences in Grid mode. The pattern editing no longer has tune. Is this correct? Also, is there no longer a way to use the pads to place a sample in the 16 spots in a bar, like 808 style sequencing? In the past, you could hit Numeric in Grid mode and access this feature, but it no longer works even if you have it set to numeric... Thanks in advance.

cosign. but i would like this to be an option that you could turn on/off. sometimes it would be good to have it, sometimes not.

really? sounds the same to me. it gives it a weird sort of variable phase/flange effect. you gotta make sure the sequence you're doubling is set to POLY tho or it won't work.

on another topic, am i the only one who thinks that the new EQL & EQH filters in GPE are a little underpowered? i crank those up to 100 and i don't notice much of an effect. i think JJ needs to at least double the power of those.

For the SS stuff, i got a reply from Murai and it seems JJ will implement something called "Count track". No further explanations. We will see in January.

yeah thats probably what it was actually, i was messing around with 1.00 at the time, so i might load that back up and try it out.

yeah i suppose having to change the ss on each seq when jamming with existing seq ideas could be a pain.

did you try turning it up to eleven?

Ive also noticed that the copy entire pad shortcut doesnt work across pad banks:
highlight a pad in the pad number field(any gpe screen) hold undo and press another pad , the entire first pad is copied to the second- unless the second pad is on a different bank.

Am i the only one who thinks the new simult pad sucks?
This is not layering but something else. I see the advantages but to me it´s a show stopper.
I usually do the drums very quick, to layer on afterwards. Now that´s impossible as i can´t just add layers but have to set the notes too.
Completely useless imo, it was a great feature (one of the best of the jj to me) just like any other sampler uses it.

hmmmm yeah i see
the new simult is both good and bad for me. i have to get used to it, but since i use bank B, C and D for my simult layers, i then have to copy B, C, and D in drum grid edit if i copy/paste anything from A. this takes a lot of time.

option - simult layer notes recorded/not would be great
