I hate sampling in Mono (unless it's drums or other percussion). What I did to get around this was chop each part of the song 1 section at a time. For example, say there were two different parts of the song I wanted to use. I sample them both. Then save them to my card. Then go back into the trim screen and delete the second one from the RAM. Then I would chop the first one and make a new program. Go back into the trim screen and delete the original sample that the chops were made from. Now all I have left is my first sample all chopped up the way I want it and it's made into a new program. Now go into the save screen and save that program.
Now go back into the trim screen and delete all the sounds you just chopped from the first sample. Now you have all your RAM free again. Load up the second sample and chop that one and make a new program with it. Delete the original that the chops came from and save that program, but don't delete the chops this time.
Now go back into the load screen and load the first program. Now you should have both your samples chopped up into two programs and you should still have some RAM left to load some drums.
This is what I had to do until I got me RAM!
