Easy way to expand rfl files (without using Reason)

Id like to use some of my reason software on my mpc500 (namely - use some of the loops) I thought recycle would convert the rfl files into a set of wav files - but no such luck.

So can someone kindly let me know how I can open up rfl files and get the wav files inside them so i can transfer them to a cf card.

I'm pretty sure recycle will let you export a .rfl into composite .wav and .midi files. I'm 95% sure I did this years ago, but can't really be 100% positive off the top of my head.

just looking for a way to do a batch conversion - i.e. convert about 50 of these files at once !
