Would anyone know where I might get blanking plates and a contrast knob for a 4000?

The USB ports are non-functioning and I would like to get these looked at as well. Any advice would be appreciated.

Generally, if you're not afraid of opening the unit,
check if all the cables are sitting tight in the sockets.

I had trouble with my front USB port due to that,
also it was brand-new.
