It looks pretty manky to me.....There are obviously alot of miles on it and the 4k's are notorious for buttons and things going bad if abused.....

And I would bet that the display has some issues with it being propped or staying up. That's another one that should be mentioned, since I personally experienced someone starting to take it upon themselves to rip mine up and down without the slightest conscience of doing it.

And for that price, I doubt if anybody in their right mind would pay that amount. It would have to be close to meticulous condition to warrant that.

the scratches are from jacks constantly being plugged into the unit.... which never is done in studios (so that equals gigging with the machine).

the dust equals a lot of hours of the machine being turned on, most likely in a dusty house. If they never cleaned it out, that dust coating the chip boards over time acts as insulation. I would avoid this machine unless it was only a couple of hundred dollars.
