It was a bad day for my music production yesterday.
I lost 3 beats that where just starting to sound good (I don`t save till they really sound good)

The dam MPC would freeze with the RECORD and PLAY leds lit.

I could hear the drum sounds on pags, but I could not start my sequence or get back into record.

Now im aware they MPC`s freeze up,every mpc I ever had would freezefrom now and then.

BUT 3 TIMES IN ONE DAY ****!!
Thats just a downer.

I was sequencing in some chopps all the times it happened.

Seems to happen when I go into Record + Play to many times back to back.

Yooo, that happened to me for the first time tonight!!!

I noticed it happened like how you said, hitting REC + PLAY too many times quickly. Like, recording a track, not liking it, hitting undo quickly, then immediately hitting REC + PLAY to do it over and BAM - FROZEN!!!

it happen to me twice few days ago, previously i had it on for three days or more while making sick ass beats and didnt freeze at all.It happens sometimes but not often atleast not to me,in period of one month it froze up only twice on me so i can live with it.The thing i don't like is saving my sequnces and programs till i get verse and chorus right , i do 8 bars on verse and 8 bars on my chorus. But sometimes when i restart my mpc autoload fails when i do it again it loads it no problem,i don't know if this happens to anybody else.

This wasnt listed as a bug... they claim they cant reproduce it.... I complained about this back when the second OS first came out

this also happens to me and what I do is wait for the mpc, to finish doing what I asked it to do and not overwhelm it with instructions.

I can usually use the mpc for several days if I don't push it too hard. but yeah it has definitely crashed on me a couple of times and that's not so much fun. I used to have an mpc2500 and it was way more stable than this. I am really anxious for os 1.03 lol it's been a while.

and im still runnin with the 1.01. Weird huh?

Bro, if my MPC 2000XL and MPC 3000 could handle fast pace production, why cant the new Daddy of MPC's supposedly do the same? Those MPC's werent advanced as these new ones are
