Can't put my case back on right

I opened my mpc over the weekend to put black pads and blue screen. Now i can't get the case back in its right position. Is like its moved over a little. The data wheel barely moves too. Check the pic and look at the cursor and all the buttons the gap that they have on the right and top side. I looked at Stilo's post with the pics and everything in mine's looks like how he got everything in his.
I have looked at everything and everything seems right in place. Don't know what else to do. Some Help/Tips are appreciated.

Holy huge picture Batman! Anyway, I bet you have the data wheel on wrong. I had the same problem. It only goes on one way and you have to get it in the precise position for the case to sit flush. Good luck!

i've been trying all sorts of combinations to line the data wheel right.
stilo has a pic on another thread, i'm lining it up the same way he has it in the pic and i still can't get it to sit right.
anybody got pics from another angle?

As I told you in PM already...it's just trial and error. Don't interpret anything into my pics, the wheel is not placed in any special way there. You just have to try to align the notches in the wheel and encoder until it fits, usually it takes only a minute to find the right seating.
