Sure... there's actually step by step instructions for that in the Manual ....
But essentially,
you use the "Record" page, to record your samples. When a sample is recorded, you can leave it in memory, assign it to an existing
program, or create a new program. First Sample, have it create a new program and assign it (in the recording screen still)
to the key that you pressed. Now sample the next key, and assign it to the next key in the program. Until you have taken all
the samples you want.

Now everythings' been sampled and created.
Go to Main, in the Track you are in, assign the Program you just made. Hit your pads, and you should hear your Piano.
If a remote Keyboard is hooked up and Midi is setup correctly, you should just be able to hit the Keyboard and here your
samples...
