The whole concept of song writing seems to have disappeared.

I am not trying to be Dilla. I love his beats, but they are not something I would make personally to express myself. I just love the drum vibes that Dilla and people who are heavily influenced by him get. I personally have no intention of trying to chop, mix, or program like Dilla. I love him, but I know that I am not him and I just want to pick up more techniques so I can be me!
