xibalba - im sure you can get someone to pass them your way for free. if anyone was trying to charge you for a copy of os2 emailed to your account, they'd be pretty cold hearted. (worst comes to worst i'll see if i can't get them for you and others in your situation)

also, you'll be able to go back and forth between os2 and xl without needing a password. os2's password is also XL's password. this wasn't the case for the 1000, where the movement from os2 to xl was a 15 dollar upgrade

thanks sorry for the uncalled anger on my part. its more of an "angry at myself" for waiting to do the updates than an anger at JJ for pulling them off the website. his product, his call and of course in the end it is all about the all mighty dollar and its not like i wont go on to bigger and better things (meaning OS2kxl) just right now id rather have all my ducks in a row with OS2

Right now I've got OS1. So if I'll buy the OS XL I'll be also able to use OS2 with save if I decide to install it?

I'm pretty sure you'll need an OS2 password for this.

So OS2 password = XL password, but XL password is not OS2 password. Strange. A is B, but B ain't A. Not exactly what I had on my logics class.
