data knob

hi everyone i just updated my mpc jjos 1 to the newest update and for some reason my data knob is not working very well i have to turn it almost all the way just to move one step on the sequencer i bought a new knob but i still have the same problem could it be the update does anyone else have the same problem.

Never heard of that happening???

yo,is there any way to make the data wheel click quieter? it so **** loud that my flatmate starting to complain...

sorry about the thread hijack..

you can use the - and + keys under the data knob. they do the same thing the data knob does and they are quiet.
