Yeah Motif Out to MPC Midi In & Midi Controller Out to Motif In



Sure? I go keyboard midi out to MPC midi in. MPC midi out A (or B) to module midi in. Keys and pads play module sounds.

Yeah Motif Out to MPC Midi In & Midi Controller Out to Motif In

Yea, this is wrong, you won't be able to trigger the sounds inside the Motif without sending MIDI info to its MIDI input

ok,and when I connect motif and mpc with midi I can record all sounds from module to sequence in MPC?What about saving programs in MPC?I must load programs and do something in motif if I want my drumz from mpc and melodies from motif?I want buy motif so I have questions.

To sequence other modules with the MPC you want to send that module MIDI information, so that means MIDI in.

MPC out->Motif in
keyboard out->MPC in

Main screen change DRUM to MIDI
If you want to use sounds from the MPC along with the sounds already in the Motif then yes, the sounds need to be loaded in the MPC first. I've never used a Motif but there's probably a way to save your patches or which sound is on which MIDI channel or 'part'

the outputs on the module is going into the mixer. i can hear the sounds from the module when i hit the pads but not when i press the keys on the keyboard.

i hear module sounds when its on drum and midi. program is on No.1 - Midi: 1a
