The filters on those old Emax samplers are real analog, not some digital fake. They sound great too.

Yeah the filters sound great.

If only the Emax was easier to program. Coming from an Akai background i think its a real pain to do stuff with it

How do you like that reverb?

I always had this "dream" of when I have unlimited space and money to add a pile of isolation rooms... I would build a nice big plate reverb!

Very nice and very simplistic BUT you should have both of your monitors on the same level.

Well Where do you suggest I put them at then??? lol. I'm limited in space I forgot to mention thatI just added the Microkorg to the mix.

i love that reverb, it's got a quite long decay but that's easy to handle.
it's quite "dirty" and got a lovley "spoing" sound when you put a snare thru it.

however i would like to get a shorter spring aswell. this one is almost 19".

the dream would be an real echo-room. (atlantis studio in stockholm has a great one)...

move that crate full of records up a notch and then get a stand or something that is that height and place speaker on top! volia

that was aftermarket designs you flipped on it? i've never seen that one, i've seen some of their limited editions though, like the one pete rock uses and that orange one.
