Can you link the cycle robin to qlink? I understand you have velocity, numbered order, and random.

As far as uses one idea if you have a sequence playing you can set for numbered order cycle with different phrases on the pad and hit the pad during different measures to change the phrases.

Another idea resample a phrase three times with different filtering and or lfo settings to amp or pitch and layer on the same pad and hit the pad as it plays again like above.

I`m not sure about linking it to q-link,but I will try it today and post back.

I did get a few ideas for other cycle uses from this video too

Great video I learned alot from Ableton live and continue to reverse engineer alot of techniques and bring it back to the my mpc. However in the video he is using a midi effect chord generator to step through notes assign to a chromatic scale it looks like besides numbered order will it be possible on a mpc? Or you thinking to use the kick, snare, hi hat arrangement on the pads as the previous 5k promo videos shown?

Can you give me a example of that?
I need to mess with cycle robin mode again today.

Try 4 different 1 bar drumloops in each of the 4 zones?
