I saved a couple sequences yesterday night but today when i loaded them everything was working except the volume for the sequences. I could tell that the sequences where there but i could not get any volume for them. Did i save them the wrong way or something.

Load your programs first see if every thing is there. Then Load the sequence and check each track to see if they are were they should be. Then See if you have any tracks muted, If you save your sequence with the tracks muted it will load up with those tracks muted.

i just made a new program and it worked fine ever since

i have no idea, i save like 3 times before i shutdown, im thinking maybe thats what the problem is. i have no idea.

The thing that really fooled me at first was that when I saved, it was also copying those same files onto the CF, so I had the same files twice. It wasn't until I looked at the CF contents in my computer till I realized what was going on. I'm still not sure why sometimes it copies files when I save, and other times it just keeps everything in its folder.

watch where your saving the contents to. i did that at first. you can select its saving destination when you go to save something

:x this $hit happened again last night. this is becoming VERY annoying. before i shut down i saved the seq and pgm. when i came back to mess with it again i loaded the seq and all tracks are there. when i loaded the program, the last 3 track sounds aren't there. however they are still in the actual pgm folder i created. thus i can easily reload them...however this sucks if i have ie. 3 different bass notes..then i have to figure out which pads the sounds were assigned to..i'm wondering if it has to do with the "replace same files" option when ur saving. i always select no. and i always make sure its going to the same folder when i resave. any opinion?

I really don' know if this applies to the 1000, but I've heard that you should always load the PGM before the sequence.

yeah the $hits retarded man. i hate trying to remember how i had the sounds lined up. almost makes it pointless to save the pgm

now i make sure i "save same files" in the programs whenever i make changes. haven't noticed the problem again yet
