You do know that the 3k has an off on switch for the backlight?
If you push down on the contrast knob it turns it off, push it again it turns it back on.

solved !
i mean, a lot better, i have put somethin behind the backlight and the noise is hardly noticable now
just the small high tone noise from inverter remains
