USB Error 15 on MPC 4000

Has anyone received this error? I transferred a few files and this error just started popping up. I used two different pcs, still same problem. Now I can see files on the hard drive, but I can not copy any more files to the hard drive without this error. All drivers are loaded and reinstalled, no go.

Hoe BIG arethe hard drives on those machines and how large are the files ?

80 gig

30mb max, I have transferred gigs before with no problem.

Go figure, the folder name had too many characters. figured that out cause the other folders copied, then I noticed that problem folder had a loooong name, changed it and walaaa, it copied.
