this XL qlink rubbish

Stan-- In 2XL you go into drum grid mode, if you want to use the Qlinks for swing/shift quantize. I love how this works, especially since you can see both values.

but i seriously wonder why you even still use an MPC, Nym. it seems obvious to me that you would be much better served by an MPD type controller + your DAW. i know you are very fluent in GRID EDIT but don't you think you would have that same level of proficiency after a while working solely in the DAW?

no daw application/midi controller combo is as fast for recording, editing, and tweaking midi stuff as the mpc is. that goes for any DAW. i'm on my mpc every day.
