CPU address error

My mpc has suddenly stopped booting up properly, the pads are constantly triggering themselves whenever i startup, this is shortly followed by an CPU address error message. At this point it's completely frozen, it's useless to me at this point. Does anyone have any idea how i can fix this probem??? Thanks.

try to reinstall the os.

Nah, tried that didin't work.

Try doing a factory reset.

Tried that also......didnt work. My memory test is also failing on pass 3, could it be to do with that???

Try removing the ram and see what happens.
