What producing related magazines are worth subscribing to?

i like tapeop. its not a hip hop mag, but some of the info is priceless.

no problem. just remember that it comes every other month. the latest issue just came out last week, so the next one will com in march i think. enjoy!!

yeah tape op is usually great, expect yeah, it comes every other month, so it'll be a while. but it kinda covers everything and doesnt focus on hip hop at all, which is good cas there are tons of other magazines that already do that

i read future music from time to time.

Yes true, and the articles are good resources, but they are starting to get outdated even now.
I recommend Wax Poetics if you are into sampling, and vinyl culture.

I read Wax Poetics on the regular, but down here in PR you have grab them fast when they release the latest issue because they come in small counts and not too many bookstores carry them. Subscription is expensive.

That isn't just in PR.... I am in the US and it is the same way... atleast in TX.

Future Producer, last time I copped was like three years ago tho. always had free vsts and samples and stuff on the cdrom included, and the rag had great info and tutorials galore.

The issue of Remix with Common on the cover (I think that's the last one I received, either Common or The Killers), ANYWAY...that is the LAST ISSUE that will be available in print form. They are going STRICTLY DIGITAL with subscriptions from now on.

If you wanna go deep,....pick up Sound On Sound magazine.
